Zaphir develops its activity throughout 3 business areas: Zaphir Asset Management, Zaphir Capital and Altan Capital.
Zaphir started its activity in 2006 with the setup of Zaphir Retail Properties, focused in high street retail units in Spain and Portugal.
Zaphir currently manages 4 real estate investment vehicles focused in Spain, Portugal and Germany and a Global Real Estate Fund of Funds, with a total investment capacity of approximately €700mn.
Zaphir has a team of 30 professionals with broad experience in real estate markets, fund management and asset management of real estate investment vehicles in Madrid and Berlin.
